The Wind Of Change ~ I AM!
The message of "The Wind of Change" gently entered my life this week. The air was stormy, and the waves crashed louder than I preferred. While the sound of the wind and waves stirs a sense of wonder and mystery, my heart longs for the warmth of the golden sun, its rays wrapping me in joy. Just as the spring wasn’t as vibrant as I’d hoped, my energy felt lower than I wanted. But as the week unfolded, I realized my mindset needed daily nurturing. Each day I called upon the Holy Spirit, inviting His presence to fill me with everything I needed to navigate the day. I recalled my baptism in the Holy Spirit, a warmth and gentle embrace flowing through me, followed by a tingle, an electric sense of life. Walking each day with this peace, a peace, that surpasses all understanding, reminded me that even in challenging times, I can still find comfort and delight.
I turned to my Flow Mindset Rituals, especially embracing the bold affirmation, "I AM...PLAYFUL." As I explored the power of the statement "I AM," I was strengthened by the realization that these words carry immense power. “I AM” is a command that calls forth the divine within us, aligning us with the God-given potential to be, who we are meant to become. It’s a reminder to be mindful of what follows “I AM,” for it shapes our reality.
What if you embraced the belief that life is a playground meant, for joyful exploration? Instead of approaching situations with fear or seriousness, see them as opportunities for fun and adventure. Mistakes become part of the play, not something to fear, but a chance to learn and grow. Remember, we are not "adults" of God, we are "children" of God and we are, human beings, not human doings.
I’m not encouraging childish behavior, but childlike faith. Childish faith can be self-centered, expecting God to shield us from all difficulties. Childlike faith, however, trusts God fully believing that even challenges will work for our good and His glory.
Let’s approach life with humility and childlike wonder. Take a moment to reflect "Where might I be showing up too “adultlike"?" Being humble is about acknowledging our complete dependence on God, recognizing that everything we are, everything we have, comes from Him. Practicing humility means pointing all glory back to Him.
As you face challenges, invite the Holy Spirit into your heart. Adopt a childlike faith, release the need to constantly "do," and embrace more of simply "being." In this, you’ll find, that the process becomes more meaningful than the outcome itself.
